TERMS
1. All items are EXCLUDED shipping fees and are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are quoted in each item. I only send your items by REGISTERED POST to ensure you receive your goods. Combined shipping is available and please email me on this after you have confirm on the items that you want to purchase.
2. When you have found something that you like and would like to buy, please email me at newandprelovedmalaysia@gmail.com with the name and number of the item(s), together with your name, address and telephone number. I will reply you with a confirmation that the item is available as well as the payment details.
3. Please make payment within 2 working days after my confirmation email or else your purchase will be deemed cancelled and re-sell to other buyers.
4. Only genuine buyers will be entertained and non serious buyer / fling shoppers will be banned!
4. I will send out your item(s) via registered post within 3 working days after payment is received. Please make sure that someone is there to sign for your goods. If the items are returned to me, you will need to pay for the shipping fee again for them to be resent to you.
5. I will ensure that your items are pack carefully, usually with padding if the item is fragile. I will not be responsible for items damage during shipping process.
5. Price quoted are fixed and sales are final. Items posted are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
OTHERS.
1. There may be a slight variant in colours due to photo resolution or lighting.
